Galia and Doux Logos

This is for my Sign & Symbol class, which is focused on creating an identity for a hypothetical restaurant that is based on a particular culture. My culture is Belgium, and I focused on the yellow iris which is dominant in Brussels and is also the symbol on the Brussels flag. The restaurant is called Galia, based on Belgiums original name which was "Gallia Belgica," and "Doux" is a retail space that will sell chocolate. Doux is french for sweet or good; the french have a large influence over Belgium.
